How to change or cancel a subscription

Learn how to change your plan, upgrade to a higher plan, cancel automatic renewal, and what happens to access after the paid period ends.

How to change your plan

You can change your plan on the pricing page. If a switch is available for your account, the button next to the relevant plan will be active.

In most cases, you can upgrade to a higher plan, for example from Starter to Basic or from Basic to Pro. After a successful payment, access to the new features is updated in your account.

If the changes do not appear right away, wait a few minutes, refresh the page, or sign in to your account again.

Changing the billing period

Available billing periods are shown on the pricing page. If you already have an active subscription, not every option may be available for an immediate switch.

For example, if you have an active Basic plan billed every 3 months, you cannot switch directly to monthly Basic billing. In that case, cancel the next automatic charge, wait until the paid period ends, and then choose the option you need.

At the same time, upgrading to a higher plan, for example from Basic to Pro, may be available immediately if the corresponding button is active on the pricing page.

How to cancel a subscription

Canceling a subscription means canceling the next automatic charge. You can do this in your account profile if this action is available for your subscription.

After automatic renewal is canceled, paid access remains active until the end of the already paid period. No new charge for this subscription should be made after that.

Canceling automatic renewal does not by itself refund a payment that has already been made. If you need a refund, review the refund terms or contact support.

What happens to access after the period ends

After the paid period ends, the account may move to Free if the subscription is not renewed.

If your workspaces no longer fit the Free plan limits, they may become unavailable. Such workspaces are usually retained for up to 10 days so you can renew the appropriate plan. After that, they may be deleted.

You can read more about data storage in the Privacy Policy.

If a payment fails

If an automatic payment fails, access to new paid usage may be temporarily restricted. Existing data is not deleted immediately.

In this situation, check your email, update your payment details in the profile, wait a few minutes, and check access again. If the payment was charged but the features were not updated, contact support and include payment information.

Important

Available switches between plans and billing periods may depend on your current plan, active period, subscription status, and available payment options.

Before paying, always check the plan, billing period, final amount, and terms on the checkout page.
