Qualex is a workspace that keeps role requirements, uploaded resume text, review results, notes, and exports together. It compares document text with the requirements you provide to support a clearer human review workflow.

Create a role workspace, describe the role requirements, and upload the PDF files you want to review. Start the analysis when the upload is ready, and Qualex will organize the text findings into result cards.

One role workspace can accept up to 300 PDF files. The number you can analyze also depends on your plan and remaining analysis allowance. Uploaded files must be submitted for analysis within 3 minutes; file retention after processing depends on your current plan.

A result card highlights supporting text, requirements that remain unclear, and requirements not found in the uploaded document. The score summarizes how the document text covers the role requirements.

You can select result cards for bulk actions and, where your plan allows, save results, add private notes, download related files, or export an Excel report. Available limits and file retention depend on the active plan shown on the Subscription Plans page.

On Basic and Pro, PDFs attached only to result cards are normally retained for 2 weeks. When a result is added to Saved Cards, its available PDF is copied to saved-card storage and retained for 90 days from the first saved PDF in that role workspace. The saved card remains after its PDF is cleaned up. Deleting the saved card, vacancy, or account may remove the saved PDF earlier.
