How to choose a plan

Your plan defines how many resumes you can analyze each month, how many vacancies you can manage at the same time, and which features are available while working with results.

Current prices, billing periods, and active offers are always available on the pricing page before you subscribe.

Free

Free is suitable for exploring the service and working with one vacancy.

The plan includes:

• 10 resume analyses per month;
• 1 active vacancy;
• up to 300 result cards in the workspace.

Starter

Starter is designed for more regular work with several vacancies.

The plan includes:

• 150 resume analyses per month;
• 3 active vacancies;
• up to 300 result cards in the workspace;
• private notes for results.

A private note is a personal reminder for working with a candidate. You can use it to leave your own observations, interview questions, or information about the next step.

Basic

Basic is suitable for regular work with more resumes and saved candidate cards.

The plan includes:

• 500 resume analyses per month;
• 10 active vacancies;
• up to 300 saved candidate cards for one vacancy;
• private notes;
• Excel reports;
• storage of PDF files linked to results for approximately 2 weeks.

If you add a candidate to saved cards, the available PDF file is copied separately and may be stored for up to 90 days within the related vacancy.

Pro

Pro is designed for a larger workload and advanced analysis tools.

The plan includes:

• 2,000 resume analyses per month;
• 20 active vacancies;
• up to 900 saved candidate cards for one vacancy;
• private notes;
• Excel reports;
• up to 5 AI follow-up questions for relevant candidates;
• AI assistance with improving the vacancy description.

The description improvement tool helps make vacancy requirements clearer, more specific, and better prepared for further resume analysis.

Analysis Pack

Analysis Pack is a one-time add-on that does not change your plan and is not a subscription.

One Analysis Pack adds 300 additional resume analyses. They are used after the monthly limit of your plan is reached.

Additional analyses do not increase the number of active vacancies, saved cards, or the PDF file retention period. These features depend on your active plan.

Promo codes and special offers

Temporary offers or promo codes may be available on the pricing page.

The offer terms, expiration period, and final price are shown before payment confirmation. A promo code may apply only to a specific plan, billing period, or user category.

What happens after a subscription ends

If a subscription payment fails, access to new paid usage may be temporarily restricted. Existing data is not deleted immediately.

If the subscription is not renewed and workspaces no longer fit the Free plan limits, they may become unavailable. Such workspaces are usually retained for up to 10 days so you can renew the appropriate plan. After that, they may be deleted.

How payment works

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are completed through the Qualex website on a secure payment page provided by our payment provider Paddle.

After a successful payment, access to the selected features is updated in your account. If the changes do not appear right away, wait a few minutes, refresh the page, or sign in to your account again.
