How to Save Candidate Cards and Manage Results

Saving candidate cards

After the analysis, you can save candidate cards that you want to review in more detail or compare later.

Saved cards remain connected to the relevant vacancy. You can return to them in your workspace and continue working with the results.

Saving candidate cards is available on the Basic and Pro plans. Basic allows you to save up to 300 candidates per vacancy, while Pro allows up to 900.

Managing saved candidates

In the saved candidates section, you can:

• filter cards by status;
• sort them by save date;
• sort them by match score;
• select several cards at once;
• remove cards you no longer need;
• download available PDF files.

You can use the following statuses:

• Accepted;
• Under review;
• Not relevant;
• No status.

Statuses help organize the selection process and show the current stage for each candidate.

Notes

You can add private notes to saved cards. For example, record impressions after a phone call, questions for an interview, or the reason why a candidate moved to the next stage.

Private notes are available on the Starter, Basic and Pro plans.

You can also add a general note to the vacancy if the information relates to the entire selection process rather than one candidate.

Exporting results

Saved cards can be exported to Excel on the Basic and Pro plans.

Exporting is useful when you need to share results with your team, prepare an internal report, or compare candidates outside the workspace.

PDF file retention

A saved card and the original PDF file are separate types of data.

On the Free and Starter plans, result cards remain in the vacancy, but uploaded PDF files are removed after processing.

On Basic and Pro, PDF files attached only to regular result cards are normally retained for about 2 weeks.

When you add a candidate to Saved Cards, the available PDF file is copied separately. This copy is normally retained for 90 days from the first saved PDF in that vacancy.

After this period, the PDF may be removed, but the saved card remains available. The file may also be removed earlier if the vacancy, card, or account is deleted.

If you need the original PDF for future work, download it before the retention period ends.
